Comedy review: The Appalling Carly Smallman
Edinburgh Fringe Scotsman review: The Appalling Carly Smallman at Gilded Balloon Teviot (Venue 14), reviewed by Kate Copstick
She seems like a nice girl, Carly Smallman. She has a lovely voice, but she giggles constantly, her lyrics are dreadful, she has no real material and she is about as appalling as Oopsadaisy, so if you are going to see her show in the hope of tales of bad behaviour, think again.
When she does get stuck into some personal narrative she outs herself as surprisingly judgmental.
